Lawyer Mohamed Alaa Alwan is one of the company's prominent legal and administrative professionals. He currently holds the position of Deputy Executive Director, a position that crowns a career that began when he joined the company in early 2015. Mr. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Imam Al-Kadhim University College (2013-2014) and joined the Iraqi Bar Association in 2014, which gave him a solid foundation to launch his career.

Mr. Mohammed began his work at the company as a lawyer, where he demonstrated exceptional ability in pleading and managing sensitive cases involving the company, representing its name before the judicial authorities with the highest degree of professionalism. His outstanding legal performance contributed to establishing the company's professional image and strengthening its position, in addition to his active role in developing legal and administrative processes and ensuring the smooth flow of work in accordance with the highest standards.

Due to his extensive experience and analytical vision, he has been entrusted with multiple administrative and executive tasks, most notably the management of the Legal Department, where he has actively participated in drafting and organizing lease agreements, interpreting complex legal texts, and negotiating contractual terms to achieve strategic gains for the company. He also excelled in preparing model contracts and supervising the signing procedures of the parties, ensuring the protection of rights and achieving the highest levels of legal compliance.

In his current position as Deputy Executive Director, he oversees the company's strategic business and development projects, while continuing to represent clients in major cases and prepare legal contracts for individuals and companies. He also directly supervises the performance evaluation of project and department managers, providing them with the necessary advisory and procedural support to ensure effective decision-making based on systematic analysis and clear vision.
