Ihsan is the director of the Al-Khalani Commercial Project at Al-Massala International Company. He is a lawyer and legal expert in the field of compensation, expenses, and inheritance matters. Ihsan holds a master's degree in law from the Islamic University of Lebanon, which has given him a high level of competence in litigation and managing the Al-Khalani Commercial Project.

Ihsan has been a member of the Iraqi Bar Association since 2013, which has enabled him to plead in many civil and criminal cases and win many important decisions.

Ihsan also joined the Iraqi Lawyers Union in 2013 and served as a member of the Public Relations Committee for more than three years, during which he was able to communicate with many ministries and agencies and open up opportunities for joint cooperation with the union.

In order to enhance and develop his skills, he participated in many training courses on marketing and alternative dispute resolution methods and became a member of the Arab Union for Commercial Arbitration, which added to his work as a commercial project manager and in dealing with merchants and lessees.

He is also proficient in drafting legal and commercial contracts, with over seven years of practical experience in drafting dozens of contracts in various fields.

In order to manage the work and projects entrusted to him, he is proficient in Office programs and modern management programs, including Odoo, in addition to his skills in communicating and negotiating with clients, attracting customers, and taking the initiative in targeting potential clients.
