Haider Mohammed Kadhim Al-Bayati is a lawyer at Al-Massala International Company, where he has contributed his legal expertise and professional skills to enhancing the efficiency of legal and administrative work within the company's various branches and ensuring that legal and regulatory procedures are carried out in accordance with the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Haider joined Al-Massala International Company in 2022, and his work has expanded to include many of the company's locations in Baghdad, giving him extensive and diverse experience in legal matters related to commercial and residential projects.

Haider began his career at the Al-Khalani Commercial Complex, where he initially took on administrative tasks including organizing accounts and managing files, before gradually moving on to specialized legal work. He worked on drafting legal contracts, preparing notices, and completing legal settlements for commercial project stores, in addition to managing and organizing the complex's general archive with precision and professionalism.

Later, he was assigned to work at the Baghdad Mall in the company's legal department, where he was responsible for preparing contracts and legal settlements for the mall's stores, which enhanced his experience in dealing with large commercial projects and their legal files.

Haider then moved to work on the Al-Zaafran residential complex project, where he held the position of manager of the project's legal department, taking responsibility for managing legal contracts and settlements for residential units. Given the nature of the company's multiple projects, he continued to move between Al-Khalani Commercial and Al-Zaafran Residential according to work requirements, until he was transferred back to Al-Khalani Complex to follow up and manage all legal matters related to the complex.

In addition to his important judicial role in the mornings, which involved appearing before the courts, following up on lawsuits, and reviewing official and government departments on the direct instructions of the company's management.

Haider has excellent legal skills and the ability to handle various files with high efficiency, in addition to extensive experience in following up on lawsuits, drafting contracts, managing settlements, and representing the company before official and judicial authorities.
