Israa Hisham is a Project Manager at the company, where she is fully responsible for all legal aspects related to the project. Her duties include drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, providing legal advice to senior management, and ensuring full compliance with local and international laws and regulations. She also manages legal risks and supports operational processes to ensure that business runs efficiently and professionally.

Israa has over a year of extensive experience in the legal field, including working as a legal advisor in international law firms and foreign companies, as well as serving as a legal advisor and human resources manager for international companies, missions, and embassies, where she provided legal and administrative support to the European Union missions and the Australian Embassy in Iraq. This diverse experience has helped her develop a high capacity to deal with complex legal challenges, manage large contracts and projects, and ensure compliance with internal and external laws and policies efficiently and professionally.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Baghdad and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from Al-Mustansiriya University, in addition to an ISO 18788: 2015 Internal Auditor Certification. She is fluent in Arabic and English, which enhances her ability to communicate legally and administratively at the local and international levels. Thanks to her diverse experience and professional competence, Israa Hisham contributes effectively to strengthening the legal environment of the project and building strong and sustainable relationships with all partners.
